Gainesville - The Gainesville Police are still investigating an armed robbery that happened this weekend.

Coporal Joe Britte of the Gainesville Police Department reported that Queens City Package store was robbed at gun point by what he described as “a hispanic or white male, approximately 5′ 6″, with a brown jacket and a navy blue bandana.”

Though the man got away, Britte said “He left out in an older model blue Honda, direction undetermined at this time. No one was injured, everybody is fine.”

The male suspect had a pistol at the liquor store and left with an undetermined amount of cash.
