Dec. 07, 2012 – The Hall County teenager charged with killing her newborn daughter pleaded not guilty to all charges yesterday in Hall County Court.

Haley Brook Clark was indicted on charges of malice murder, cruelty to a child in the first degree and felony murder for the July 18 death of her 9-day-old daughter.

Her bond was set at $49,000.
