May 6, 2013 – It looks like its time for another Shred Day in Gainesville.
You can bring your piles of documents to help Shred Away Cancer.
How? The Times and Document Destruction Services Inc. are teaming up for a shred day Thursday to benefit Relay for Life.
The event will be from 10 AM to 1 PM at The Times on Green St.
There is a maximum of five boxes per car, and all donations will go toward the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
There will also be hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill with all those proceeds going to Relay for Life as well.
So stop by and have lunch and your documents shredded.
The document destruction bins will be set up in the parking lot at the rear of The Times.
There is no specific charge for the destruction of documents, but donations will be accepted for Relay for Life.
They said: Boxes must be small enough to be carried by one person.
