Jan. 3, 2013 - The first baby born in 2013 in Banks County Georgia was inside of Walmart. Wednesday morning a Walmart shopper gave birth to a baby boy in a restroom at the store in Commerce. The identity of the mother has not been released, but she told authorities she began having pains and went to the restroom around 8:00 AM. There she gave birth to a baby boy.
