Jan. 18, 2013 - Forsyth County’s long-awaited $100 million jail/courthouse construction project will begin next week, beginning with the demolition of the 246 space pardking deck. Jan. 10, 2013 - The Hall County Tax Commissioner's office will now be serving citizens from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. every weekday in an effort to better meet the needs of Hall County residents. The office was previously open to citizens from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. every weekday.   The change in operating hours coincides with Darla Eden beginning her term in office as tax commissioner for the County.  Eden was elected by Hall County voters last year…
